CNC Lathe Operator – Tool Change Specialist (Automotive Parts)

Description After learning the basic operations, you will move into a specialized role focused on tool changes.
There is a lot to learn at the beginning, but training is provided step by step.
Due to the technical nature of the role, a ¥3,000 daily allowance is provided.
The allowance is paid from the first day of work.

As this is a specialized technical position, the process from interview to start date may take approximately 2–3 weeks.

Shift ・Two-shift system ・2-shift / 3-team rotation
Work Hours ・8:00 a.m. – 4:50 p.m. (break: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)
・8:30 p.m. – 5:20 a.m. (break: 12:30 a.m. – 1:30 a.m.)
Requirements ・Tattoos are allowed as long as they are not visible (long sleeves required even in summer).
　Tattoos must not be exposed inside the factory.
・Availability to work overtime
・Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
